• flexibly join and leave when you need to
• have your gross payments paid to the composite
• get paid your net salary after all deductions
• claim legitimate expenses and have the net proceeds

PAYE and NIC deductions paid for you to the Revenue
• pay weekly or monthly fess only for weeks worked
• receive a P45 when leaving and a P60 at year-end
